Tired seems like an understatement these last few days. Marshall is in Minneapolis for an internship expedition with the school and had a few intern interviews over there. Nothing came of his interviews in Salt Lake which makes me a little bummed. He really wants to be with an advertising agency and it seems like you have to get paid next to nothing for a while just to get your foot in the door. One company seems somewhat promising in Minneapolis but it looks like we would still be in "no money mode" for the summer. Graduation is only 2 weeks away so I'm hoping he gets something soon. Anyways- back to the tired thing. Marsh really helps out a lot when he is at home so I feel a little drained having the boys with no break for the last few days. Rowan has no sort of set sleeping schedule - some nights he goes to bed at 10 or 11 - lately it's been 12 or 1. Chandler is in bed every night between 9 and 9:30 so it's hard when Rowan doesn't go down until 1 am and then is up every 3 hours. It seems like Chandler was sleeping 8-9 hours at this point so it's hard that Rowan's longest stretch ever is 6 hours. I go back to work tomorrow and have to work Saturday and Sunday night, so if I'm not sleep deprived enough now, I will be after this weekend. I'm crossing my fingers that the boys go down for a nap at the same time so I can get some sleep too! To top it all off, we are still going crazy being cooped up for the most part. It snowed a couple times this week and was really windy and cold yesterday. Chandler cries to go outside but it's way too cold. Our idea of an outing lately is to go to Target to get diapers...
I pulled Chandler's bumbo seat out to see if Rowan could support his head enough to sit in it. He's always wanting to sit up when I hold him and his head is pretty strong now so I thought we'd try it. As you can tell from the picture up at the top, he hated it. Guess I will give it some more time.
Chandler on the other hand, loves it even though he is way to big in it. I found a picture of Chandler in the bumbo when he was about 3 1/2 months old. I think he's just a LITTLE too big for it now....
Here's just a cute video of Rowan cooing and smiling at his toys on his bouncer.

ah, hang in there! It does seem sleep depriving when the kids are babes! Crossing my fingers that Marshall finds a job soon!
I know how you feel about being frustrated with the job situation. I was completely disappointed after Jeff graduated and no one was going to pay him a decent wage. Its like, you sacrifice and go through all the trouble of getting a degree and then get offered a horrible salary...then find out that some idiot who shortcut everything in life and didn't get a degree is making more than you. Its suppose to be the other way around, right? Hang in there. We should go do something Tuesday or Wednesday after you recover from your weekend of no sleep.
Is it done snowing here yet? Jeez! We are stir-crazy too. I love the video. Chris and I were just saying how that is one of our favorite stages- when they start cooing and smiling.
Hey I love all of the videos! They are so funny. Hey you can check out the Hawthore blog if you want.
