See this sweet face?
He's almost 100% potty trained!! I'm a full believer now about how when people say when your kids are ready to potty train it will happen fast. A week and half for us. We need to work on Chandler going in the big potty, but he prefers his little one. I don't blame him, would you want to go on a toilet that you almost fall into every time you use it? We did the potty tots program and it worked wonders. He's also working on earning Hungry Hippos, his prize of choice for learning to go potty. He has a few more spaces on his little chart before he gets it. We had a little bit of trouble with the pooping thing so we've been letting him run naked, or just with a t-shirt the last few days. It's finally clicked yesterday and today, however he's made it a habit of streaking. He can unlock our front door and there is a playground right by our house. I found him a few days ago, completely naked, playing on the playground. I guess he wasn't COMPLETELY naked, he had his blue rainboots on. He tried to justify that it was ok to go outside and play since he had put his boots on. He's also streaked out to the playground a few times today. I'm sure other parents wonder what this naked little boy is doing, and think we are terrible parents, but we honestly turn our heads for 30 seconds and he's outside again. Oh well, I'm just excited about only having 1 in diapers now.

That's funny about him streaking! I agree though that when they're ready, they're ready. Jordan has been going now for about a week and is doing great! I'm excited to just have 1 in diapers as well so I hope we can stick with it.
When Logan learned to open the door we put a chain lock on so he couldn't reach. Maybe you should invest! :)
Ha ha ha! So funny, naked Chandler in blue boots, classic little boy. :)
LOL with the streaker. You can embarass the heck out of him when he is a teenager. Congratulations down to one diaper.
I agree that you should probably get a chain on the door. Now days people aren't afraid to turn parents in for stuff like that. Glad he is finally getting the potty training down though!
Congrats! Potty training is soooo much fun :P However, I'm always glad when it's finally over and you can say the bed's dry and they've worn the same underwear all day (in Chandler's case I guess you don't go through much underwear, huh). I've never heard of Potty Tots, but I'm sure glad it worked for Chandler!
NICE. And hooray for you. 2 in diapers can't be over fast enough.
Yeah for Chandler!
Congrats on only having one in diapers. That has been so great for us too...until recently. I am so motivated to get Eli potty trained immediately but I have no idea where to start because Dean really did most, if not all, of the hard work by himself. Ugh.
Yeah for potty trained kids! Good luck with the pooping thing.
I am a lover of scentsy and we just got my mom a burner for Mother's Day. She needs for scents really badly, so next time you see her, bring your samples. My dad is way into having a nice smelling house, so I bet you can make a good sale.
P.S. I think I cut 12 inches off. It was a lot! I don't miss it. :)
That's great!! It made me feel better knowing Chandler is showing his business to the neighborhood, too. It must be the age. I love that he thought to put on boots!
