It's not often that you see Rowan's top teeth. They are pushed forward from his love affair with his paci so you don't ever see them unless he grins really big. I finally got a good shot of him smiling that was cute. So here it is; dirty face, lots of snot and a cute smile. :)

do you think thumb sucking and pacifires push teeth forward? I worry about my boys since both suck their thumbs all night and for comfort during the day. Cute Rowan, I love cheesy grins!
Our dentist said that they most definitely can, but it's not a big deal as long as they stop young. He told me to try to be rid of the paci by 3....and usually the teeth go back on their own.
I could just take that little tyke and just smother him in kisses and hugs.
